"Dreaming of a better world"

In an increasingly disenchanted world, Blue Balena is born. Our distinctive symbol, a whale cap, represents the union between the sea, the land and all the living beings that inhabit it. We take great care of the planet by offering parents a responsible way of dressing the little ones. Nature is our greatest source of inspiration.

Our dream

It is making our planet a better place for future generations. That is why we care about:

✨ Dreaming of a better world ✨

At Blue Balena we are sure that we can all do our bit to create a better world for our children. We do everything possible to reflect this dream in each of our processes. From the choice of materials and our designs inspired by nature, to the great human team formed to make garments. We are happy to be able to accompany conscious parents in the adventure of watching their little ones grow.

Organic and sustainable fibers

We use only certified natural and organic fibers made in Peru. Organic pima cotton is cultivated under sustainable processes that allow our suppliers to have the international GOTS certification.

Beautiful and durable clothing

Thanks to carefully chosen materials and being manufactured in small batches compared to large factories, we can ensure that we maintain a high quality standard, creating garments that will not break or wear out after little use. We do not want to contribute to the pollution generated by the "fast fashion" industry. Our garments will accompany your baby and his brothers or those who may inherit them.

Production with ethical processes

Our garments are made by a great human team, whom we trust and with whom we work closely from the beginning to achieve the best possible result. In addition, we work as a team with artisan women to create beautiful designs that reflect the textile tradition of our Peruvian culture. Our artisan partners receive a competitive payment, which contributes to their economic empowerment and generates a livelihood for their homes.

Plastic zero packaging

It takes 150 years for a plastic bag to degrade. We want to leave our children a cleaner planet and a sea without plastic bags that kill thousands of species. For this reason, our packaging is made from recyclable materials and especially without plastic.
